The legal framework of Labuan IBFC consists of eight Acts that empower Labuan FSA and establish the framework for the establishment of all Labuan entities involved. In addition to these Acts, subsidiary legislation under the Labuan laws includes Orders and Regulations, which carry legislative weight and complement the principal legislation. These regulations further govern business activities within Labuan IBFC.
